3. Consultations & Mentoring

3.1 Booking & Strategy

All consultations (Real Estate or Business Dev) and mentoring sessions must be booked via the Website or approved scheduling platforms (e.g., Cal.com). Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required in advance to secure a session.

3.2 Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the high-value nature of the proprietary market intelligence and strategic time provided, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for "change of mind," scheduling conflicts, or perceived dissatisfaction. You expressly waive any right to dispute payments once the Service has been initiated.

3.3 Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Discovery Calls: Non-reschedulable.
• Strategy Sessions/Mentoring: Once confirmed, times are final. We reserve the absolute right to decline rescheduling requests.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session constitutes immediate forfeiture with no refund.

4. Real Estate & Business Development Terms

• Market Risk: You acknowledge that real estate investment involves inherent market risks. Past performance (e.g., "AED 100M+ Portfolio Value") is not a guarantee of future results.
• Scale Projections: Business development outcomes depend on client execution, market conditions, and third-party factors. We provide the roadmap; the client is responsible for implementation.
• Third-Party Transactions: We act as an advisor. Any property purchase or business partnership entered into following a consultation is a separate legal agreement between you and the respective third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All Website content, including the "Broadcaster's Edge" framework, Castordinaire materials, market reports, and business scaling methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Michael Bullion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Bullion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from decisions made based on the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the relevant Dubai courts.
